Winning group of "Science on Stage at the University" contest at TIGEM



The winning group of "Science on Stage at the University" contest arrived for their 3-day exchange at Tigem as part of LYSOCIL Project. The group is constituted by Ana Sofia Gaspar, Ana Teresa Leitão and Ana Sofia Ribeiro de Faria.

The “Science on Stage at the University” is an initiative that aims to increase the interest of students at NOVA Medical School - Faculty of Medical Sciences and their awareness of rare diseases.

Susana Lopes, Coordinator of the LYSOCIL project and researcher at CEDOC-NMS I FCM was editor of the Research Topic: “The Cytoskeleton and Cellular Compartmentation: Cilia as Specialized Cellular Domains” from the Frontiers journal.


This Research Topic aims to shed light on those unanswered questions showcasing relevant studies that address cilia research.
